- Manage full lifecycle of commercial contracts including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating

- Produce legal opinions and memoranda
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
- 5 years post qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management systems

Role Overview
- We are seeking a commercially astute and experienced Intermediate Legal Advisor to join our legal team in the UAE.
- This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive legal support across our business operations, with a primary focus on commercial and corporate affairs.
- The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and business units.
Skills
- Commercial & Corporate Law: Demonstrable experience in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Strong ability to manage the entire contract lifecycle.
- Legal Risk Management: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and advise on legal and commercial risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Sound knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
- 5 years post qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and legal management systems.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED 10,000.00 per month.
