Lead and contribute to the development, delivery and promotion of the Music Theatre major, helping drive student recruitment, program growth and outstanding student outcomes.
Deliver high-quality teaching, supervision and curriculum innovation across undergraduate and postgraduate programs while coordinating student performance activities and productions.
Build a strong profile in research and/or creative practice through impactful outputs, industry engagement, external partnerships and contribution to research funding opportunities.
A doctorate in Music Theatre, Performing Arts, Music, Theatre, Performance Studies or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent professional standing recognised within the field.
Demonstrated success in teaching and curriculum development in higher education, with the ability to deliver engaging, inclusive and innovative learning experiences.
Proven experience directing and/or leading music theatre productions, with expertise in one or more areas including direction, singing, acting or dance.

An established track record of research and/or creative practice, evidenced through publications, performances, recordings, productions or other high-impact outputs.
