- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses
- Prepare lectures, lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials
- Supervise students during clinical training, research, and academic projects
- Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance initiatives
- Conduct research and publish in peer reviewed journals
- Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development
- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and institutional committees
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education and institutional academic standards
Requirements
- PhD in Nursing in one of the specified specializations (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and/or professional experience
- Valid professional nursing registration/licensure preferred
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Strong research, publication, and academic writing abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to mentor students and work effectively in a multicultural academic environment

- Position: Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor
- Vacancies: 10
- Specializations Required: Pediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses.
- Prepare lectures, lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials.

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 9,000 – 12,000 (Based on qualifications and experience).
