Role Overview

  • The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the leasing department, maximizing occupancy, increasing leasing revenue, managing the leasing team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
  • Secure exclusive leasing mandates from landlords and developers
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long term client relationships
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage Leasing Consultants
  • Set individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of departmental objectives
  • Foster a high performance and collaborative team culture
  • Oversee the complete leasing cycle from inquiry to contract execution
  • Ensure timely property viewings and client follow up
  • Monitor availability, pricing, and market competitiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • RERA Broker Card (preferred)
  • UAE Driving License
  • Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Dubai leasing market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Financial and commercial awareness
  • CRM and property management system proficiency
