- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate leasing records
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Achieve leasing targets while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Leasing Executive or in a similar client facing sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Must be currently available in the UAE

Overview
