- Market and lease retail shops in the mall
- Approach jewellery retailers, brands, investors, and business owners
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, property portals, and market visits
- Conduct shop viewings and explain available leasing options
- Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, renewals, and other commercial conditions
- Prepare leasing proposals, LOIs, tenancy contracts, and related documents
- Follow up with potential tenants and close leasing deals
- Monitor market rental rates, competitor malls, and jewellery retail trends
- Build good relationships with tenants, brokers, and business owners
- Achieve monthly and annual leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in commercial or retail leasing
- Experience in mall leasing or jewellery retail leasing is preferred
- Good knowledge of the UAE commercial real estate market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to generate leads and close leasing deals
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Able to work independently and achieve targets

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Leasing Executive to lease retail shops in our new shopping mall. The main focus of this role is to attract jewellery shops, jewellery brands, and related retail businesses.
