• Compliance and Accuracy: Follows certification, medication administration, documentation, employment law and 6100/6400 regulatory expectations.
• Operational Management: Manages schedules, resources, communication, documentation, and priorities to support reliable learning and development operations.
• Learning and Talent Development: Designs and delivers practical learning experiences that build skills, support growth, and connect to workplace needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise trainers and L&D administrative assistants within assigned program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; recognizing and addressing performance concerns; and resolving employee and operational issues.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Seven (7) or more years of progressive learning and development experience is required, including training, instructional design, talent development, and team leadership. Experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate or Camtasia is preferred. Human services experience, ATD certification, and experience in leadership or organizational development are a plus.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
