- Design curricula and educational content, including learning journeys, modules, and courses for instructor led and digital formats
- Own end to end data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation across learning and talent
- Create digital learning assets using authoring tools such as e learning modules, interactive multimedia, simulations, videos, and AI
- Manage and optimize the end to end learner journey within the LMS/LXP/AI, ensuring smooth navigation, accessibility, and engagement
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation strategies to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness
- Integrate technology such as LinkedIn Learning, LMS/LXP/AI platforms, multimedia, and mobile learning
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure quality and alignment with business goals
- Incorporate feedback and iterate after delivery, gathering learner feedback and analyzing performance data
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and learner engagement in all learning materials
- Stay current with learning trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices; propose and pilot AI led learning innovations
- Conduct Skills Based Needs Assessments to analyze workforce skills and identify capability gaps
- Facilitate learning sessions online, virtual classroom, or in person as required
Requirements
- 3 8 years of experience in learning and talent development, instructional design, or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, data analysis, and digital content creation
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to facilitate learning sessions and workshops

Overview
- The Learning & Talent Data and AI Specialist is responsible for crafting engaging, effective, and learner centered digital and classroom learning solutions.
- This role combines instructional design, occasional facilitation, and digital learning creation, working closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, design curricula and content.
- This role is responsible for end to end data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation across learning and talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design curricula and educational content: structure learning journeys, modules, courses, both instructor led/blended and fully digital.
- Owning the processes for end to end data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
- Create digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g. e learning modules, interactive multimedia, simulations, videos & AI).
- Learning Experience Management: manage and optimize the end to end learner journey within the LMS/LXP/AI, ensuring smooth navigation, accessibility, and engagement.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation strategies to measure learning outcomes, effectiveness, and satisfaction (assessments, projects, feedback forms, etc.).
- Integrate technology: make effective use of LinkedIn Learning, LMS/LXP/AI platforms, multimedia, interactive design elements, mobile learning, and other relevant edtech tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with business/learning goals.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate after delivery, gather learner feedback, analyze performance data, and refine content and delivery accordingly.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and learner engagement in all learning materials.
- Stay current with learning trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices; propose and pilot AI led learning innovations.
- Conduct Skills Based Needs Assessments: analyze current and future workforce skills, performance data, and learner profiles to identify capability gaps and design targeted, relevant learning experiences.
- Facilitate learning sessions (online, virtual classroom, or in person) where required, including guiding workshops or webinars.
