The Learning Program Manager, Sales Enablement designs, governs, and measures scalable programs that support revenue and go-to-market goals.
The role translates sales strategy, priorities, and performance data into programs that improve ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and sales methodology execution.
The LPM defines enablement outcomes and measurement while Learning Consultants and Content teams own instructional design and content development.
AI is used for needs analysis, sales-data insights, program operations, measurement, and recommendations rather than learning-content creation.
