Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Translate business priorities into structured, measurable learning programs.
• Define program goals, blueprints, and governance standards.
• Manage initiative intake and prioritization based on importance, impact, and risk.
• Establish success metrics and track KPIs with Data & Insights teams through dashboards.
• Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model.
• Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists on program delivery.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and improve processes and documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 3 years managing learning or enablement programs, or equivalent experience coordinating cross-functional learning initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Translate business goals into structured, outcome-focused learning programs.
• Build repeatable processes, manage prioritization, and deliver programs on time and within scope.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, retention, and completion through dashboards or reports.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.
• Manage multiple programs while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships across Product, CX, and Enablement teams.
• Use LMS platforms and project tracking tools; familiarity with LEAi, Clueso, or PowerBI is noted as an example of new technology to learn.
• Demonstrate a structured, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
