Position Summary
Design, govern, and measure scalable learning programs that support organizational goals.
Ensure learning initiatives are strategically aligned, evidence-based, and measurable.
Drive outcomes including adoption, retention, compliance, and learner success.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business priorities into structured, measurable learning programs.
- Define program goals, blueprints, and governance standards for consistency and scalability.
- Manage intake and prioritization of new initiatives based on strategic importance, impact, and risk.
- Establish success metrics and track KPIs with Data and Insights teams through dashboards.
- Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists to deliver timely, high-quality programs.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and improve processes and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years managing learning or enablement programs, or equivalent experience coordinating cross-functional learning initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Translate business goals into structured, outcome-focused learning programs.
- Build repeatable processes, manage intake and prioritization, and launch programs on time and within scope.
