The Learning Program Manager designs, governs, and measures scalable learning programs that support organizational goals.
The role translates business strategy into structured learning programs and maintains governance frameworks for continuous improvement.
Learning initiatives are intended to drive adoption, retention, compliance, and learner success.
What You Will Do
- Translate business priorities into measurable learning programs.
- Define program goals, blueprints, and governance standards.
- Manage intake and prioritize initiatives based on importance, impact, and risk.
- Establish success metrics and track KPIs with Data and Insights teams.
- Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists on program delivery.
