Position Summary
Design, govern, and measure scalable learning programs that directly support organizational goals.
Ensure learning initiatives are strategically aligned, evidence-based, and measurable across adoption, retention, compliance, and learner success outcomes.
Partner with teams to translate business strategy into structured learning programs and maintain governance frameworks for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business priorities into structured, measurable learning programs that drive adoption, retention, and compliance.
- Define program goals, blueprints, and governance standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Manage intake and prioritization of initiatives by balancing strategic importance, impact, and risk.
- Establish success metrics and partner with Data & Insights teams to track KPIs through dashboards.
- Own the Analysis and Evaluation phases of the ADDIE model to scope needs and assess effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants and Content Specialists to deliver high-quality programs on time.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders while continuously improving processes and documentation.
