Role Overview
The Learning Operations / Automation Manager will run the Sciences content function covering Biology and Chemistry.
The role begins with delivery and people management before shifting toward process automation and AI-enabled tooling.
The role is based full-time in Riyadh and requires regular office presence.
Team and Delivery Ownership
- Manage four Design Leads, content creators, and a QA contractor, including goals, feedback, development, and hiring.
- Own the science content roadmap across Grades 7–12, National and International tracks, and multiple programs.
- Run capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation, and operating rituals to keep delivery on schedule.
