Learning Development & Training Specialist

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting.

Experience supporting Planning & Budgeting (P&B), financial stewardship, forecasting, or accrual management.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Finance, Learning, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and governance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and analytical findings to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), HR systems, and workforce analytics.

Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, data modeling, visualization) will be an enabler.

Expert knowledge on SF / WebCAT data fields and reporting capabilities, most frequently used reports, etc.

Expert understanding on global, regional, and site-specific training reporting requirements

Expert understanding on competency assessment reports from GCT-CAS and linkages with HCM database from CareerConnect
