Role overview
Manage training initiatives for hotel team members and support a strong hospitality culture.
Design and deliver training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop training on harassment-free workplaces, diversity, orientation, leadership, and service.
- Review performance trends with department managers, trainers, and team members.
- Create action plans, recognize achievements, and support continuous improvement.
- Assess training initiatives and recommend solutions for department needs.
- Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records.
- Manage training for alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members while monitoring performance.
