As a Senior Manager Product Management , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the On-Property Product team reporting to the Director Product Management, you will support strategic initiatives, including Hilton's property management system transformation. You will combine strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, requiring the skill to define vision, build roadmaps, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes. You bring strong product management experience, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can translate complex business needs into impactful product solutions.
Own product strategy, and prioritization for assigned domains, initially focused on PEP's inventory, groups, and reporting capabilities.
Translate business opportunities, operational challenges, risks, and hotel feedback into product recommendations and delivery plans.
Develop expertise in hotel operations, property management workflows, and business processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
Create and communicate product requirements, business cases, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and recommendations to drive successful product outcomes.
Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Collaborate with Product Owners to identify and mitigate delivery risks.

Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Diploma/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
Ten (10) + years of work experience in Product Management, Technology, Hospitality Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field.
Experience with PEP or another hotel property management system.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or other product professionals.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
