Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning strategies that build organisational capability, support leadership excellence, and foster a culture of continuous development.

This role will lead key training programmes including leadership development, graduate onboarding, job-specific skills training, behavioural skills, regulatory training, and initiatives to prepare the organisation for AI-driven transformation.

The L&D Manager will partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and deliver high-impact development solutions across all levels.

• Design and deliver leadership training programmes for emerging, new, and experienced managers.
• Oversee Team Leader Training initiatives including coaching skills, performance management, communication, and employee engagement.
• Implement psychometric profiling tools (e.g., DISC) to enhance self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.

• Manage the Graduate Academy, ensuring structured learning pathways, rotations, and assessments.
• Lead the growth and maintenance of the FPE Academy (or equivalent functional development path).
• Coordinate mentorship, coaching, and buddy programmes to support career success.

• Develop and deliver soft skill training (communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, etc.).
• Manage and refresh cultural training programmes, strengthening organisational values and inclusivity.
