Role Description
Design and implement learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Work with business leaders and internal teams to understand capability gaps and create relevant learning solutions.
Connect learning initiatives with business objectives and support career development and talent growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies.
- Coordinate development programs and manage learning resources.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and track learning outcomes.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.
- Support employee development and talent growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
