Visual2Action is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive.
The role supports business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the customer and partner network.
Responsibilities
- Research markets, identify potential clients, and generate leads.
- Conduct business discussions and support strategic partnership development.
- Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the business development process.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support market expansion and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, market research, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
