Role Overview
The role sits within People & Culture and supports employee learning, development, training administration, and hotel-wide development programs.
Training Administration
- Compile and update training manuals and tools.
- Maintain training attendance lists, employee training histories, and all training-related records.
- Apply regional Training Guidelines and People & Culture policies.
- Manage intern files, offer letters, onboarding tracking, and completion certificates.
- Manage training room bookings and prepare BEOs when required.
- Prepare training and recognition certificates.
- Set up training rooms and create printed and instructional materials.
Training Delivery and Tracking
- Follow up on department nominations and manage attendance and nominations in the learning management system.
- Facilitate training sessions and conduct IFH trainings for restaurant reservations, spa, sales, and operators.
- Track cross-training and cross-exposure activities and prepare certificates.
