Learning & Development Manager - 18m Contract

Consulting: Build effective relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand capability needs, provide advice and recommend practical learning solutions. Your ability to influence and guide others will help ensure learning activity supports business priorities.

Training Needs Analysis: Assess current and future capability requirements, identify skills gaps and establish learning priorities. This will enable development activity to focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on individual and organisational performance.

Training Solution Development: Design and implement learning and development solutions that address capability gaps and support business goals. Success in this area means creating practical, relevant and effective learning experiences that meet business needs.

Training Delivery: Coordinate learning solutions through internal teams, external providers, and learning technologies. You'll ensure learning is delivered effectively, reaches the right audiences and supports the successful application of new skills in the workplace.

Evaluate learning effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and use insights to increase the impact and value of development activities.

Make effective use of learning systems, external partners and available resources to deliver efficient and scalable learning solutions.

Contribute to initiatives such as apprenticeships, early careers and leadership development, helping build the skills needed to meet current and future business requirements.
