Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs and initiatives
Manage day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completions, and reporting
Support the team with vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking
Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible
Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements
Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences
