Learning ,Development and Wellness Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive individual to join the HR team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving Learning ,Development and Employee Wellness initiatives that support capability building, enhance productivity, and strengthen overall employee experience.

Learning and Development

Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs aligned to business capability requirements

Support training lifecycle including Training Need Identification (TNI), program logistics, content coordination, and session execution

Facilitate logistics for internal training sessions including nominations, scheduling, venue/virtual coordination, and participant communication

Liaise with external training partners and vendors for capability-building interventions

Administer training feedback mechanisms and track effectiveness metrics such as participation, completion rates, and learning impact

Provide data-based insights for continuous improvement of learning interventions

Employee Wellness

Support design and execution of the annual employee wellness and engagement calendar

Coordinate wellness drives, engagement initiatives, and thematic campaigns aligned to organizational priorities

Coordinate with empaneled vendors for wellness initiatives, health check-ups, and employee assistance programs

Support vendor onboarding documentation, contract tracking, and invoice processing as per company guidelines

Drive implementation of wellness initiatives including preventive health programs, mental wellbeing interventions, and fitness campaigns based on workforce insights

Drive awareness and participation in wellness initiatives through structured communication plans

Manage digital platforms for publishing learning and wellness content and event updates

Track program utilization, participation trends, and engagement indicators

Prepare dashboards and periodic reports to support data-driven decisions on capability building and employee experience
