About the role

In this role

• Own scheduling, invitations, reminders, stakeholder readiness, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare facilitators, subject matter experts, and sales leaders for each session.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate webinars and virtual learning experiences.
• Manage networking events and graduation.
• Maintain program resources, including playbooks, SOPs, OnDemand learning, communications, surveys, reports, and assessments.
• Provide timely communication to participants, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Report on learner progress and use feedback and metrics to improve processes.
• Maintain detailed cohort work plans and coordinate task handoffs.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, sales enablement, and program operations.
• Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage programs, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday Learning or a similar platform.

Work arrangement

• This is a hybrid working arrangement at the Vancouver, British Columbia or Toronto, Ontario location.

Compensation

• The approximate compensation range for the role is $75,735 to $82,000 CAD.
