This role sits within the Learning & Capability team, supporting the delivery of learning initiatives that help create a safer and healthier Victoria.
As a Learning & Capability Administrator , you'll be at the centre of delivering engaging learning experiences across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine project coordination, stakeholder engagement and administration while gaining exposure to learning design, training delivery and capability development initiatives. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and keeping things running smoothly, you'll thrive in this role.
Provide administrative and project support to the Learning & Capability team across a range of learning initiatives.
Assist with coordinating training schedules, workshops, learning environments and stakeholder forums.
Manage learning records, learner data and program administration within learning platforms.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
Draft and distribute learning communications, intranet content and organisation-wide updates.
