- Relevant banking operations experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or Finance preferred

Role Purpose
- The Lean Transformation Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Conduct value stream mapping and waste elimination workshops.
- Drive productivity and turnaround time improvements.
- Facilitate Kaizen programs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies
- Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
