Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 10 employees.

Monitor the purchased and manufactured shortages and resolving them with the Internal Logistics and Suppliers team.

Ensure visibility to the production team on the resolution of shortages.

Manage the budgets of your group and ensure the quality of the product.

Plan the daily operations of your sector and follow up on them.

Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.

Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
