Role overview
Lead technical design, configuration and maintenance of contact center technology platforms for more than 100 Ticketmaster and Live Nation brands.
Act as the technical leader within the Global Fan Experience team and coordinate complex multi-team initiatives.
Ensure agent workspace platforms are scalable, secure, resilient, integrated and appropriately managed.
Location and contract
- The role is based in Manchester, United Kingdom, on a hybrid basis.
- The position is permanent and full-time.
What you will do
- Own architecture, global configuration frameworks, reusable workflow patterns and complex engineering changes for Zendesk, Five9 and similar platforms.
- Design scalable, performant, secure and resilient systems and integrations.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and system-level decisions across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise technical standards.
- Improve performance, incident resolution processes and cost optimization.
- Own deployment automation, modular development and custom API integrations.
- Monitor availability and lead troubleshooting and root-cause resolution of complex incidents.
