The Lead will assist store management as a working Lead in providing direction/guidance in the daily operations of the Warehouse.

• Provide verbal instructions to team members to include prioritizing tasks and assisting associates with guidance on how to properly perform tasks.
• Focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Prioritize and organize workflow and tasks that are in line with meeting company objectives.
• Troubleshoot process issues/questions and forward any unresolved problems and needs to the Store Manager.
• Examine work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Communicate associate development opportunities to Store Manager to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of assigned tasks
