Role Overview

  • Permanent position.
  • As Lead Transformation Approvisionnement numérique, you will play a key role in evolving our Procurement function by driving the use of technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • You will work at the heart of interactions between Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, and Finance to modernize end to end processes — from sourcing to payment.
  • Your objective: generate measurable value, increase efficiency, and support smarter business decisions.

  • Salary scale 007: $118,000 to $147,500 (base salary determined by education, experience, and skills).

Daily Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Innovation: Define and drive the digital procurement and AI strategy; build an ambitious Source to Pay transformation roadmap; act as expert and thought leader on market trends (AI, automation, digital tools).
  • Technologies & Platforms: Lead the vision for key systems (ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk management, P2P); direct the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools; maximize value of platforms like SAP, Coupa, or equivalents.
  • Value Creation: Define and track KPIs related to digital and AI initiatives; quantify gains: costs, efficiency, timelines, risks; continuously improve using data and user feedback.
  • Adoption & Change Management: Support global teams in adopting tools; develop digital and AI skills; influence leaders and act as strategic advisor.
  • Governance & Collaboration: Structure governance of data, tools, and AI solutions; collaborate with external partners to innovate.

Required Level of Exigence

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, operations, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, transformation, or analytics.
  • 5+ years in large scale technology initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Source to Pay.
  • Concrete experience in AI, automation, or data applied to procurement.
  • Mastery of tools like SAP, Coupa, or similar.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment (strong asset).
  • Excellent analytical skills and data orientation.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Bilingual French/English.
  • Experience in global environment.
