Cotiviti Staff Training Delivery
• Own and deliver instructor-led and virtual staff training programs on unique Cotiviti Interoperability Smart Trading and Encounter Management products, features, and workflows for enterprise clients,
• Onboard new-hire staff and cross-train staff with unique Cotiviti Interoperability Smart Trading, and Encounter Management training programs that prepare learners from across the company to perform their roles including Cotiviti Interoperability quarterly Boot Camp.
• Conduct training needs assessments with internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver customized content format and depth such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures to US Healthcare payer leaders and their IT, support, trainers and business operations teams adopting and upgrading Cotiviti Interoperability solutions
• Manage post-training evaluations, collect feedback, generate learning analytics reports, and share insights with customer success teams.
• Serve as the primary training point-of-contact for assigned customer accounts, directing the training activity integrated with Cotiviti Delivery excellence Framework (DEF) to build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders, learners, customer trainers and support teams.
Cotiviti Product Certifications
• Leverage advanced healthcare payer domain, SaaS technology and product knowledge and skill to design and manage Cotiviti Interoperability product expert certification
programs ensuring alignment with product, technology and domain to recognize product knowledge, skill and role-specific performance standards.
• Apply product expertise to assess advanced-level certification examination results and manually adjudicate certification skill assessment capstone exercises against Cotiviti-defined performance standards to establish and maintain industry-standard recognition of customer and Cotiviti product, services competence.
Subject Matter Expertise & Collaboration
• Build and maintain deep Cotiviti Interoperability product and healthcare interoperability payer domain expertise to deliver credible, authoritative training to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in Cotiviti’s intellectual property as evidenced in the Cotiviti proprietary software stack, healthcare EDI transacton standards (X12, HIPAA) and state-specific regulatory requirements.
• Deep familiarity with current internal and customer Cotiviti Interoperability learning and certification programs; Cotiviti Interoperability University business processes, and established relationships with key stakeholdersto execute the assessment, design, development, deployment and evaluation of staff and customer learning and certification programs.
• Advanced skill developing, using, troubleshooting and promoting the adoption of Cotiviti Interoperability University-specific productivity agents including EdiSense Productivity Agent and the Cotiviti Interoperability University Training Assistant.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to stay current on product changes, regulatory changes impacting interoperability, Cotiviti implementation methodologies and translate them into training updates.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for Cotiviti Interoperability product adoption during live training sessions to ensure seamless delivery operating within the Cotiviti implementation Delivery Excellence Framework (DEF).
• Monitor external trends and best practices in virtual facilitation and technical training. Continuously improve learning facilitation skills to deliver highly effective customer learning experiences.
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Essential • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in technical training, product training, customer enablement, customer onboarding, customer success, or related customer-facing roles supporting enterprise software or technology products. • Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing training for enterprise software or technology products. • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Experience with LMS platforms for content deployment and learner management.
Preferred • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience. • Professional certification in SaaS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer) and/or in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer). • Experience in healthcare technology, data interoperability, or regulated industry training environments. • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or EDI standards is a plus. • Prior experience training international or cross-cultural audiences via virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).

Physical Requirments and working conditions:
• Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance. • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
