GeoLogics Corporation is recruiting a Lead Test Engineer for a defense-aerospace client.

The role is a one-year contract in Scottsdale, Arizona, with compensation of up to $65 per hour on a non-benefited W2 basis.

U.S. citizenship is required because of the nature of work performed at the facilities.

Lead 3 to 5 integration and test engineers through technical guidance, mentorship, accountability, and direction.
Develop test strategies, test plans, automated scripts, verification methods, and integration procedures for embedded products.
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and internal assessments with program stakeholders.
Coordinate integration across hardware, firmware, and software teams.
Create test plans, procedures, reports, and records, and support Agile implementation and performance reviews.
Develop ROMs in accordance with requirements execution and conduct performance reviews according to process.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field plus 8+ years of job-related experience is required, or a master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Experience leading 3 to 5 team members and holding them accountable for program milestones is required.
