Role Overview
The role provides advanced technical service support for a defense-aerospace client.
The position supports highly technical electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems.
Compensation
- The pay rate is up to $35 per hour on W2 and the position is non-benefited.
- The assignment is an 18-month contract with possible extension.
Work Location and Clearance
- The position is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- A Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required at the time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to engineers, technicians, product support personnel, customers, and users.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment, software, computer systems, and networks after first-line support has failed.
- Report design, reliability, maintenance, and software problems to engineering teams.
- Support customer installation and training when needed.
- Manage technical service support for customer programs.
- Ensure repairs comply with company procedures and customer quality requirements.
