Test Engineers also partner closely with Design, Test, Systems and Application engineers to ensure our power solutions are both meeting customer and market requirements and are cost-wise optimized.
The MPP product line is working on complex multiphase buck controllers and the world’s breakthrough technology to develop the high-power density power stages.

Qualifications
- Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience: Greater than 5 years
- Strong fundamentals in electronics: RC networks, operational amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, DC-DC buck converters
- Experience to define the test flow, test list and plan to create a test-architecture strategy.
- Experience in silicon bring-up and debug, and characterization on the Eagle tester platform
- Expertise in schematic design for Hardware/Device Interface Board (HIB/DIB)
- Experience in writing test plan and designing test cases
- Should be able to lead a project from planning to production release
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
