Purpose of the Role
Lead technology and AI transformation for McLaren Racing's Commercial and Marketing operating model.
Define the systems, platforms, data foundations, and practical AI capabilities needed for measurable operational improvement.
Connect process design, technology architecture, and AI use cases into a coherent future-state operating model.
Balance strategic leadership with practical delivery and implementation readiness.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technology and AI workstream within the transformation programme.
- Assess the technology landscape and identify fragmentation, integration gaps, manual workarounds, and simplification opportunities.
- Identify AI opportunities across decision-making, insight, personalisation, content, and workflows.
- Design future-state architecture covering systems, data models, integrations, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Partner with Process Engineers to create practical system-enabled solutions.
- Align AI use cases with the required data, platforms, and architecture.
- Evaluate solutions across MarTech, data platforms, workflow automation, and integration technologies.
- Develop technology roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Drive platform rationalisation and consolidation.
