Role Overview
Mastercard's Core Payments, Network and Digital Payment Services team is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager.
The role drives delivery of eCommerce product and platform strategy across product and engineering teams.
The position manages complex programs, aligns dependencies, anticipates risks, and balances business needs with technical constraints.
Program Responsibilities
- Plan and manage related technology projects and activities from inception through successful delivery.
- Define roadmap deliverables, create program execution plans, align dependencies, track progress, and manage risks.
- Work across multiple scrum teams, products, technologies, and feature sets.
- Remove blocking issues, coordinate dependent organizations, and provide escalation management.
- Work with external technology providers and customers on implementation plans and roadmaps.
- Communicate project issues and status clearly to senior leadership.
Technical and Delivery Leadership
- Understand the design approaches and technologies used in the relevant product area.
- Understand business and technical requirements and the needs of engineering and technical operations teams.
