• Work as key participant in large scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Systems Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications, test environments, and SDLC processes.
Working knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, automation, incident management, operational support, and release management practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), cloud platforms, infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code), and deployment processes.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements without direct authority.
Serves as a subject matter expert for environment reliability and operational readiness. Provides technical guidance, promotes reliability engineering best practices, supports operational governance activities, and collaborates with engineering and testing teams to improve environment stability and delivery effectiveness.
