Role Overview
Lead Solutions Engineering for TikTok advertising clients in the METAP region.
Work at the intersection of business and engineering to develop technology solutions for advertising partners.
Partner with R&D, Customer Success, Product Management, and product engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build new products and enhance existing products with TikTok product engineering teams.
- Apply TikTok products and technology to develop commercial opportunities with advertising clients.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities and support customer goals.
- Design and build end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies.
- Launch scalable production code with documentation and test plans.
- Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward project completion.
- Build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Use data to present business value and influence decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of programming or coding, technical backend solution design, and client delivery experience.
- Familiarity with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
