Role Overview
The Client Solutions Lead supports utilities and fintech clients within Global Business Solutions.
The role focuses on scalable client relationships, campaign services, client growth, and advertising solutions.
The position requires strong client service skills and a combination of technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships and solve client and agency challenges.
- Drive upsells, renewals, campaign reactivations, and client growth strategies.
- Develop best practices, playbooks, and vertical analyses.
- Make decisions on team process updates and product priorities.
- Partner with ad operations, product, engineering, and creative teams to resolve complex issues.
- Drive adoption of mobile app-focused advertising products and incorporate marketplace feedback.
- Research markets and translate client needs into growth-oriented offerings.
- Define vertical strategy and planning with the sales lead.
- Own strategy deployment, product adoption, reporting, and execution for the vertical.
- Coach and mentor the team.
