About the Role
DeepL is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to build its presence in the Middle East. You will be the senior technical voice, driving enterprise sales by mapping DeepL's Language AI platform to customer needs.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping DeepL's Language AI and Voice platform to customer business goals and integration needs.
- Lead technical discovery and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes.
- Design, scope, and execute POCs and proof of value engagements across DeepL's full Language AI platform.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles, providing expert guidance on APIs, SSO, real time streaming, and enterprise security.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Build and maintain a library of enablement resources including demo environments, best practice guides, and technical collateral.
Requirements
- 7 10+ years of client facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre Sales
- Strong technical foundation with REST APIs, authentication and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD)
- Proven track record of designing customer solutions and impacting deal closure
- Workflow transformation mindset
- Strong enterprise instincts with experience navigating program managers, IT architects, and C level buyers
- Security and compliance fluency
- Fluency in English and Arabic

A New Chapter: Building DeepL in the Middle East
- DeepL is building a brand new Sales team in Dubai to establish DeepL as the go to language AI solution in the Middle East.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, elevating conversations by mapping DeepL's Language AI and Voice platform to customer business goals and integration needs.
- Lead technical discovery and deliver highly tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes.
- Design, scope, and execute POCs and proof of value engagements across DeepL's full Language AI platform.

What You Bring
- 7 10+ years of client facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre Sales ideally within language technology, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, or AI environment.
- A proven track record you designed customer solutions, built technical credibility with prospects, and impacted deal closure.
- Strong technical foundation comfortable talking about REST APIs, authentication and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD), and common SaaS integration patterns.
- A workflow transformation mindset think in before and after states, map complex enterprise workflows.
- Strong enterprise instincts navigated program managers, IT architects, and C level buyers.
- Security and compliance fluency comfortable discussing data residency, security posture, and governance frameworks.
- Fluency in English, Arabic fluency highly preferred; additional language proficiency nice to have.
