Experience and Attributes
- At least 4 years of relevant technical support and system engineering experience with a track record as a technical SME.
- Demonstrate leadership, mastery of complex system interactions, deep-dive troubleshooting, analytical skills, and professional technical communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and solve critical cross-functional challenges.
- Lead major incident response and post-mortem root-cause analysis.
