Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, support, and review complex technical solutions across the product portfolio.

Collaborate with Product Owners to drive technical design decisions for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Refine and prioritize team backlogs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.

Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, resolving performance, infrastructure, and deployment issues with DevOps teams.

Serve as a senior technical mentor, conducting code reviews, analyzing defects, and guiding solution design best practices.

Partner with BSAs, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality software solutions.

Provide strategic technical guidance to leadership, influencing architecture, tooling, and development practices.

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
