Independently lead the analysis, design, architecture, development, implementation, and support of complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and enterprise workflows

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions that improve platform capabilities, workflow automation, and user experience

Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution architecture, design decisions, development execution, code reviews, platform governance, and engineering best practices

Mentor junior and intermediate developers through requirements analysis, solution design, development, troubleshooting, code quality, and delivery execution across the SDLC

Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for platform support, upgrades, operational stability, root cause analysis, and after-hours support for critical services
