Lead Software Engineer - IN B

Summary

A strategic and hands-on Data Lead who combines deep expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, reporting platforms, and AI-driven innovation to deliver scalable enterprise solutions, drive engineering excellence, and accelerate business value through modern data and automation capabilities.

Job Responsibilities-

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions leveraging SQL Server, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform, cloud-native services, and AI technologies .

Identify and engage the appropriate cross-functional resources required for successful delivery, including Data Engineering, Reporting, Cloud, QA, Infrastructure and Risk/Security teams.

Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategies, design scalable solutions, and present recommendations to internal and external dependent teams.

Proactively plan and communicate extended time-off schedules to Product Owners and leadership teams to support effective resource planning

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to develop team capabilities across data engineering, cloud modernization, Power Platform, and AI technologies.

Participate in key governance and leadership forums, including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, Technical Lead Reviews, Management Reviews, and Governance meetings.

Evaluate resource capacity and proactively identify staffing needs, including contractor and consulting requirements.

Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering and data-focused roles.

Ensure compliance with organizational requirements, including mandatory training, time reporting, and operational governance processes.
