Role Overview
This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences.
The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization.
The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S.
Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience.
The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications , including React-based UI, APIs, and backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead and contribute to modernization initiatives , migrating legacy/on-prem systems to cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure)
• Build and enhance scalable, secure APIs and microservices aligned with enterprise architecture and performance standards
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality code, participate in design reviews, and continuously improve engineering practices
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation , ensuring reliable and efficient deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis , and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and security
