Role overview
CPP Investments is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for AI and Emerging Tech to drive enterprise AI platform enablement.
The role is hands-on and includes coding, architecture, pilots, solution delivery, engineering mentorship, and work with AWS cloud and emerging technologies.
Accountabilities
- Enable AI features and products and onboard users, teams, and use cases onto enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, LLM gateways, and agentic frameworks.
- Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to define and implement platform controls and guardrails.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable generative AI capabilities including LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and Graph/RAG architectures.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, and Athena.
- Optimize AI product performance and support experimentation with generative AI methods, frameworks, APIs, and toolchains.
- Serve as a generative AI subject matter expert and help shape the organization's AI roadmap.
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform enablement initiatives using Agile practices.
- Advise, maintain, monitor, and support AI platform and product users.
