Role Summary
Lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation technology and AI-powered solutions across the organization.
This is a hands-on, coding-intensive leadership role involving coding, architecture, piloting, solution delivery, mentoring, and AI innovation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Accountabilities
- Lead and contribute to AI products, pilots, and solutions using Python, React, and AWS tools.
- Design and build generative AI solutions involving LLM pipelines, Agentic AI, MCP, Graph/RAG architectures, and prompt-based applications.
- Implement cloud-native solutions with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, and Athena.
- Optimize AI product performance and drive continuous experimentation with generative AI methods, frameworks, APIs, and toolchains.
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts to define business-aligned technical solutions.
- Act as a generative AI subject matter expert and help shape the organization’s AI roadmap.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including timelines, deliverables, project milestones, and Agile Scrum/Kanban practices.
- Monitor operational metrics and incident data to improve reliability and continuous improvement.
