Role Overview
Coordinate transactions, manufacturing, assembly, and delivery of replacement or repair parts and equipment under service contracts or orders.
The role supports customer operations, material management, onsite operations, warehouse logistics, and shipping activities.
The position has some autonomy and may modify workflows when quality, scope, and timeliness standards are maintained.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fulfillment matters for service agreements, time and material work, component repairs, and accessory transactions.
- Work with the business to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and provide customer status updates.
- Review business options for profit, contract compliance, policies, procedures, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate business or program reviews and customer site visits when needed.
- Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to implement policies and strategies.
- Propose solutions outside established parameters for complex processes with technical variety or interdependent production cycles.
