Job Description Summary
Lead environment, health, and safety matters for the SEC2 BULK program across 14 work sites in Saudi Arabia.
Report functionally to a PCS EHS leader and collaborate with other GE Vernova businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic EHS frameworks and manage EHS KPIs and STOP WORK culture.
- Hire and train EHS resources for multicultural organizations and teams.
- Implement GEV, regulatory, and customer EHS expectations across project activities and customer sites.
- Lead the Project EHS Plan and site procedures from pre-mobilization to demobilization.
- Coordinate site EHS programs, Life Saving Rules, and contractor management.
- Support operational teams and drive EHS performance and culture.
- Consolidate EHS data and coordinate EHS training.
- Coordinate incident investigations and complete accurate internal and external reporting.
- Conduct audits, journey management surveys, site inspections, and accommodation or canteen audits.
- Ensure compliance with GEV, legal, customer, local laws, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety management, or another EHS-related technical discipline.
- At least 8 years of EHS experience focused on energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
